How to make a PWAD to use with Ragnarok. Once: 1. Unzip MKTCPWAD.ZIP into subdirectories somewhere clever. 2. Edit the MKTCPWAD.BAT batch file and put the correct values in for the 3 environment variables TCHOME, TCPLAY and TCVER. 3. Have a recent version of Patcher (4.96 or greater) in the path. Then to build your PWAD, which is called TNTTCADD.WAD: 1. Put your texture patch files in PATCHES/ and flats in FLATS/ and levels in LEVELS/ 2. Update the 3 .RES files in the RES/ directory to reflect changes in step 1 3. Execute the batch file MKTCPWAD. 4. Go play the stuff with the dynamically-created batch file TNTTCADD.BAT, which will appear in your TCPLAY directory. That's it. Any questions, ask Ty. Caveats: - Don't screw with TNTTC.DEF. Patcher uses it. - You'll have to alter the TCVER variable in MKTCPWAD.BAT whenever a new full IWAD build is distributed. - Don't forget that graphics have to be in the TC palette.
